Las leyendas británicas del metal JUDAS PRIEST han confirmado algunas de las fechas del tour que los traerá a Sudamérica presentando su nuevo disco "Nostradamus". Según algunas entrevistas que ha realizado la banda la idea sería tocar el nuevo disco completamente además de tocar los clásicos.

El álbum fue grabado en Miraval Studios, Brignoles, Francia, a principios de 1990, y mezclado en Wisseloord Studios, Hilversum, Países Bajos. El LP y el CD originales fueron lanzados el 3 de septiembre de 1990. Una versión en CD remasterizada fue lanzada en mayo del 2001. El álbum recibió una nominación al Grammy por Mejor Actuación Metal el 20 de febrero de 1991, en el 33ero Premios Grammy Anuales.
