Los alemanes HELLOWEEN se encuentran de vuelta en el estudio para grabar lo que será un nuevo álbum. La fecha tentativa de lanzamiento es para el 31 de Octubre del presente año. Las grabaciones se realizarán en los estudios de Andi Deris en Tenerife, España.

Los alemanes HELLOWEEN editarán su nuevo disco, el recopilatorio "Unarmed - Best Of 25th Anniversary", el 29 de enero de 2010. Se acaba de hacer pública la portada, que podéis ver a continuación:

Como ya os informamos, la banda ha regrabado las canciones para este recopilatorio bajo la producción de Charlie Bauerfeind. Hay músicos invitados que pronto se conocerán y, como sorpresa, la Orquesta Sinfónica de Praga ha interpretado un medley de 17 minutos titulado "The Keeper´s Trilogy", combinando "Halloween", "Keeper Of The Seven Keys" y "The King For A 1000 Years".

HELLOWEEN presenta “Unarmed – Best of 25th Anniversary”

Los padres del Power Metal, HELLOWEEN, anunciaron el lanzamiento de “Unarmed – Best of 25th Anniversary”, al que describen como “algo más que una simple recopilación”. Para entender esto, los alemanes comentan que regrabaron varios de sus clásicos con la actual formación e invitaron a grandes músicos a participar del disco (aunque aún no se sabe de los nombres). Además, destacan la participación de la Orquesta Sinfónica de Praga en el interesante tema “The Keepers Trilogy”, medley de 17 minutos que une las clásicas “Halloween” y “The Keeper Of The Seven Keys” con la más actual “The King For a 1000 Years”

Helloween + Gamma Ray - Hellish Rock 07-08 (Bootleg 2008)

Muy interesante concierto grabado este mes de diciembre pasado en la gira de Helloween "Hellish Rock" en Suecia.

Videoclip de HELLOWEEN

HELLOWEEN ha realizado un videoclip de su nuevo single "As Long As I Fall", que fue filmado en los estudios alemanes AVA, con los que la banda ya habia trabajado en el video de "Light The Universe".



Disco de guitarristas finlandeses

Algunos de los mejores guitarristas finlandeses se han reunido en el album "Guitar Heroes". Un total de once guitarristas han plasmado en el disco sus habilidades, componiendo e interpretando temas instrumentales exclusivos para la ocasion. A principios de noviembre podremos escucharlo.

Los guitarristas que han participado en el album son Timo Tolkki (STRATOVARIUS), Alexi Laiho (CHILDREN OF BODOM), Roope Latvala (CHILDREN OF BODOM), Emppu Vuorinen (NIGHTWISH), Esa Holopainen (AMORPHIS), Nino Laurenne (THUNDERSTONE), Mr. Crab (BLEAK), Mikko Salovaara (KIUAS), Tuomo Louhio (IMPALED NAZARENE), Sakari Hietala (TAROT) y Euge Valovirta (GODSPLAGUE).

Ademas han participado otros musicos como el bajista Lauri Porra (STRATOVARIUS, KOTIPELTO) y los baterias Kai Hahto (WINTERSUN, ROTTEN SOUND), Janne Parviainen (ENSIFERUM, SINERGY) y Mirka Rantanen (THUNDERSTONE).

Fecha para el DVD "The Unholy Alliance Tour"

El 30 de octubre vera la luz el DVD "The Unholy Alliance Tour", que fue filmado en Vancouver el pasado 13 de julio, una de las fechas de la gira encabezada por SLAYER y que se completaba con MASTODON, LAMB OF GOD, CHILDREN OF BODOM y THINE EYES BLEED. Durara alrededor de 90 minutos y contendra, ademas de las consabidas actuaciones en directo, entrevistas y material de backstage. Estas son las canciones que incluira:

todavia no puedo creer que esté ya ... perdon por quitarles el sueño
a los fanaticos de comprarselo o de bajarlo en mucho tiempo más...
bueno, no se si lo bajare porque igual quiero comprarlo y así apoyar
a la banda! la mejor del power metal !... quede sorprendido al ver que
estaba disponible y al alcanze de todos, espero que les sirve, no con
fines lucrativos sino para darse una escuchada y ver si le gusta, pero de
todas maneras comprenselo... el nuevo material de helloween se viene con todo
saludos
