Led Zeppelin - Mothership (2007)

Mothership es una recopilación del grupo Led Zeppelin que salió a la venta el 13 de noviembre de 2007. El disco contiene dos CDs con una selección remasterizada de las mejores canciones del grupo. Existe una Deluxe Edition que contiene, además, un DVD en el que se recogen videos en directo de la banda a lo largo de su carrera. Todos estos videos aparecen en el DVD oficial de Led Zeppelin editado en 2003.

Un disco alabado por las criticas especializadas y con el cual la banda reafirma que hay buen Thrash para rato. Con 25 años de trayectoria este album suena muchisimo mas fresco y potente que muchas de las bandas actuales. Desde el riff del tema que abre y le da el nombre al disco sabràs que estas ante una obra del metal "azotador". Muy recomendado.

Power/Progresivo en la misma linea de Symphony X y Evergrey...un excelente disco debut, PathosRay es un proyecto Italiano de varios integrantes y ex-integrantes de variadas agrupaciones Italianas, el resultado un disco lleno de virtuosismo y pegajosas melodias...temas largos la mayoria sobrepasa los 5 minutos, pero no son para nada lateros ni monotonos, hacen cambios de melodias, utilizan muy bien el teclado y cada acorde calza perfecto...este disco es bastante dificil de conseguir y a mi me llego por unos buenos contactos que tengo en la red....ok...eso seria....salu2!

Edguy - Vain Glory Opera (1998)

Tercer disco de estudio de la banda, salió el año 1998, un gran disco, donde Edguy ya deja sentir y lograron quizás su sonido característico como banda, ya mas maduros y ayudados por Timmo Tolkki en la producción (y nada mas y nada menos que masterizado por Mikko Karmila en los estudio Finvoxx) lograron editar un grandioso disco, con canciones por todos recordados (lo que conocemos a la banda desde hace tiempo, por supuesto), grandes canciones como la power metalera "Until We Rise Again" o la hard rockera "Vain Glory Opera" que recuerda en los teclados un poco a The Final Coutdown de Europe... Y otros temas destacables como "Fairytale" o la hermosa "Scarlet Rose".

BASSINVADERS, lo nuevo del bajista de HELLOWEEN

Markus Grosskopf, bajista de HELLOWEEN, lanzará el 25 de Enero del 2008 el primer disco de su proyecto BASSINVADERS, llamado "Hellbassbeaters".
Según la prensa especializada, el disco tiene todos los elementos de una grabación de rock pesado, un proyecto cuyo origen tuvo lugar cuando al músico se le ocurrió hacer un disco de Heavy Metal sin guitarras.
