Bueno, puse aquí un video del Nightwish de ahora, pero quizá la mayor parte de esos votos fueron para el ex Nightwish, con nuestra querida Tarja. Pero por ahora pongo ese video. Hay que agregar que las canciones sigen siendo potentes, gracias a Toumas, el creador de todas ellas.

Un lugar muy merecido por esta banda. Cada vez nos sorprenden mas con sus discos y la majestuosidad de la voz de nuestra amada Simone Simons. Ahora con el nuevo disco con demuestran que pueden ser mucho mas potentes.

Buen lugar para este grupo que ha madurado bastante en su carrera, quizá tornandose más hacia el gothic rock, pero aun sigen siendo parte de la comunidad metalera. Devemos agregar que Sharon den Adel es una de las mejores voces del Metal.

StormWarrior Discography

Stormwarrior is a Power Metal band from Germany that was formed in 1998 by vocalist and guitar player Lars Ramcke and drummer Andre Schumann, adding later in the same year guitarist Scott Bolter and bass player Tim Zienert. The members of Stormwarrior draw their musical influences from the 80's heavy metal scene including such fellow German bands as Helloween and Running Wild. Their debut full length album Stormwarrior, released in 2002, and their 2004 follow up Northern Rage were both produced by Kai Hansen of Helloween and Gamma Ray fame who also contributed vocal and guitar performances on some songs. Much of Stormwarrior's lyrical content deals with Viking related themes.

El estilo de esta banda, me recuerda mucho a Nightwish, no solo por tener una vocalista femenina, sino que, musicalmente lo son también, pongan oído a esta banda que trae un aire fresco a este estilo de metal que tiene muchos seguidores también. No crean que es la burda copia de Nightwish, porque no lo son, quizá hasta mejor que nightwish en este momento y tiene muchas variaciones, pero en si el estilo es el mismo. La vocalista tiene muy dulce voz y los músicos mucho talento. Para mí este es uno de los mejores discos del 2007 donde descubri este genial grupo que recien comienza y que tiene mucho futuro. Asi que ponganle oidos porque este grupo tiene pa rato. La mina esta muy wenaza.

=D este fue el primer disco que escuché de Symphony X, y con eso bastó para que me enganchara con la banda de lleno, y que se ganara mis respetos xD Es que es sencillamente mágico y con excelentes líricas que pocas veces se logran encontrar en una banda (Sobre todo si es progresiva). Mi canción favorita, y que me sigue fascinando hasta la fecha es "The Eyes of Medusa". Excelente obra de Michael Romeo y compañía.

BASSINVADERS fue idea de Markus cuando estaba sentado en el bar tomándose unas copas. Fue ahí cuando vino la inspiración para producir un álbum Heavy Rock sin ni una sola guitarra. Presentó la idea a principios de 2007 a Frontier Records, quiénes sintieron curiosidad y le dieron una oportunidad al proyecto. De acuerdo a la nota de prensa, 'Hellbassbeaters' contiene todos los elementos básicos de un disco de Heavy Rock, "y mucho más. Tienes voces poderosas, bajo rítmico, baterías ácidas e incluso solos y dual solos de bajo. Lo que oyes es lo que hay: 100% Heavy Rock sin ni la más mínima nota de guitarra distorsionada". La variedad de influencias está garantizada. Markus ha invitado ha conocidos bajistas de la escena alemana para que se unan a su grupo, incluyendo a Schmier (DESTRUCTION), Tom Angelripper (SODOM) y Peavy (RAGE). También ha conseguido atraer a algunos de sus ídolos para que participen con algunos solos, como son Billy Sheehan, Rudy Sarzo y DD Verni.
